Out of mutual respect we REQUIRE you to wear a mask in our office. We wear a mask to protect you. Please wear one to protect us. As of May 2020 due to recommendations from Shasta County Health Dept. We will.... NO LONGER … be Taking ONE Night Reservations for Summer 2020. We will ONLY be accepting Reservations for stays Two Days or longer. We Regret NOT being able to accept one night stays. Reservation Policy:
If this reservation is for more than one room, the person making the reservations is responsible for full payment of all money. Reservations for more than 1 night's stay require a deposit of half the total amount of charges. Refunds are available under the following rules: 50% returned if cancelled prior to 14 days of stay. NO cancellations, due to Covid 19. We follow government guide lines, safety. Any cancellations less than fourteen days of the arrival date will forfeit the full deposit. Payment in full required on checking in. One night stays will be charged when the reservations are made and cancellations will not be refunded. American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, Checks or Money Orders (received within 10 days) are acceptable to hold reservations. All dates are considered guaranteed and no reductions in fees will be made for cancellations, late arrivals, early departures, and weather and/or lake conditions. CHECK IN: 3:00 P.M. or when available CHECK OUT: 10:30 A.M. Anyone staying after 11:00 A.M. without prior arrangements, will be charged another days lodging. Pet friendly motel: Please note prior arrangements must be made for all pets, please give us a call first (646) 541-3334. $10 plus tax per night, per animal. Animals can NOT be left alone in the rooms at anytime. Any damages or losses by humans or animals, is to be paid by the person who made the reservations. |
